We have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our Sales Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for planning and managing customer experience activities within a multi-channel contact center environment while achieving standards of excellence.
What you will do :
- Answer & properly handle inbound customer calls
- Reply to customer emails & chats professionally
- Create quotes
- Enter orders
- Develop collaborative relationships internally in support of Sales Departments growth strategies
- Maintain knowledge of product assortment and have the ability to explain FABs to customer
- Identify and enter leads from customer interactions
- Promote excellence by providing superior service to all accounts and customers

What we need :
- 3 years experience in a multi-channel contact center / customer service environment (B2B is a preference)
- College Degree is preferred
- PC literate, experience in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Resolve various service opportunities thru the application of an effective course of action
- Meet defined department standards
- Maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, management and vendors
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a multi-task environment
- Bi-lingual in French oral & written
